Mediation Question for LA Mediators regarding "Complaint seeking equitable relief"

Hello LA Mediators:

One of my attorney friends posted the below question on my Facebook timeline wall.

I have a question for your mediators:

"How could a complaint seeking equitable relief such as injunctive relief for trespass or nuisance be mediated without seeking an effective court order to abort irreparable harm?"

I told him that I would see what type of replies I get back and share with him.

Please post your replies below in the comment box.

Thanks
