SCMA is seeking new Board Members - Deadline 9-3-10!

Dear SCMA Members,

It is time for you to step up and show your support for SCMA. We have had a great year despite continuing economic challenges and we look forward to an excellent Fall Conference November 7th at Pepperdine. As you know it takes many committed members to put on programs, work at the board level, and keep membership moving forward. This is the time to get involved. If you are interested in serving as a Board Member or nominating someone to be on the board, please follow the nomination guidelines as outlined below in our bylaws and submit your name or nomination name along with supporting letters of 5 current SCMA members to the SCMA Administrative Office either by email (SCMAOffice@yahoo.com) or U.S. mail (c/o 1430 South Grand Avenue, # 256, Glendora, CA 91740 by Friday, September 3, 2010.

All nominations and 5 support letters must be returned by 4:00 p.m., Friday, September 3, 2010 to comply with the required amount of time for members to submit or nominate names.

Should you have any questions about the nomination process please contact Phyllis Pollack or Kendall Reed. Thank you and we look forward to your support and interest!
